متره و برآورد / Measuring & Estimating
در صنعت ساخت و ساز به فرایند تخمین و اندازه گیری مقدار مصالح مورد نیاز برای اجرای پروژه و یا برای محاسبه مقدار مصالح بکار رفته در پروژه اجرا شده گفته می شود. یک مترور (کسی که کار متره را انجام میدهد) باید درک درستی از روش های ساخت و ساز و هزینه ها داشته باشد. متره جهت محاسبه مقادیر و برآورد جهت پیش بینی قیمت اجرای پروژه های عمرانی کاربرد دارد. برای دانشجویان رشته های مهندسی عمران و معماری، درس متره و برآورد یکی از اصلی ترین مباحث بشمار می رود که در طول مقاطع کاردانی و کارشناسی با این اصول و قوانین آشنایی کامل پیدا خواهند کرد. همچنین در بازار استخدام نیز براحتی میتوان شرایط مطلوب تری را جهت کاریابی بدست آورد.
